Following Pakistan’s surprising elimination from the 2023 Asia Cup, there was reportedly a furious argument in the dressing room between ace fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and captain Babar Azam of the Pakistan cricket team.

Babar was speaking to the team at the time, telling them not to think of themselves as “superstars” and stressing the need of doing well in the forthcoming 2023 Cricket World Cup. Babar was apparently interrupted by Shaheen, who pushed him to recognize the players who had done well in the Asia Cup.
